In other words, just tweet “<message> @accentuateus <language code>”. You can find out if your language is active and get its language code from our languages page.

Perl

Do you prefer working at the command-line? Then download the Accentuate.us Perl client. It reads ASCII text on standard input and writes the corrected text to standard output—perfect for shell scripts!

The Perl client also demonstrates how easy it is to use the Accentuate.us API as a web service. We hope Perl developers will integrate Accentuate.us into their own applications in creative ways.

Vim

Vim is a powerful text editor favored by many software developers (including us at Accentuate.us). Vim master Bill Odom of the Vim Geeks group made it easy to use Accentuate.us from within vim: download the vim plugin, install either the Perl or Python client, and follow the documentation.

Objective-C

Although Mac applications have a focus on usability, actually inputing text is still difficult. Make your iPhone, iPad, or native Mac application more accessible by using the easy-to-implement Accentuate.us Objective-C API implementation.

Check out AccentuateUs.h and AccentuateUs.m from the accentuateus-osx-service project on GitHub to start developing with it today!

Haskell

Functional languages such as Haskell have been becoming increasingly popular, even in user-facing applications, so it seems only fitting that there be an Accentuate.us module implementing our API so that those applications can be made accessible.

The most up-to-date accentuateus Haskell module can be grabbed from Hackage, or by simply typing 'cabal install accentuateus'.

Why use Accentuate.us?
